BMT Pav Bhaji Masala – Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans, capsicum)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2–3 tbsp BMT Pav Bhaji Masala
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt as needed
- Coriander leaves (for garnish)
- Lemon (optional)
- Pav buns
Preparation:
- Boil & mash
- Boil all vegetables and mash them well
- Cook base
- Heat butter + oil in a pan
- Add onions, sauté till soft
- Add ginger-garlic paste
- Add tomatoes, cook till mushy
- Add masala
- Add BMT Pav Bhaji Masala
- Cook for 1–2 minutes on low flame
- Mix veggies
- Add mashed vegetables
- Add salt and little water
- Mash and cook for 5–10 minutes till thick
- Finish
- Add butter on top
- Garnish with coriander & squeeze lemon
- Toast pav
- Apply butter on pav
- Toast on tawa till golden
Serve:
- Serve hot bhaji with butter pav, chopped onions, and lemon
Tips:
- More butter = better taste 😄
- Mash well for smooth texture
- Adjust masala as per spice level
